The business trip in Paris slowed down the rhythm of TIER 1 . Travelling + non-organic food were the main reasons of the slump in work hours from 103h last week to 90h this week.
1 Nutrition must be a priority next time I travel. To keep peak performance, i must create a system while travelling to eat proper foods.
2 I have to adapt the type of work while travelling because focus and attention are less effective. Zero in on TIER 3 and put aside TIER 1 should be a great solution
